Wat Phukhao Thong: Located two kilometres northwest of the grand palace, this monastery was constructed in the year 1387 during the reign of the King Ramesuan.

The chedi in this temple is very tall, you can see it from far away.

This is the shrine for King Ramesuan, people usually come here for paying respect to him by giving some flowers.
