Travelling on one's own is not allowed in Laos?

Written by Christian, October, 2009
That's absolutely bullshit! I have been to Laos twice and both times traveled on my own without any problems. I have never read anything about traveling without an authorized agency being illegal either. Don't worry, Laos is really laid back, the only thing to worry about is scams.
