The farm produces Shiitake mushrooms all year round for sale locally and in Bangkok. Chemical-free vegetables are also grown and on sale here. I am interested in finding information about obtaining spores for wood ear mushroom and was hoping you could direct me to contact sites and their emails. I am also interested in importing fresh bulk mushrooms to Hawaii I would appreciate any information available thank you.
